Two for Tuesday Promotion at the La Porte County Historical Society Museum
The La Porte County Historical Society Museum is offering a buy one admission, get one admission free offer every Tuesday starting in April! Two can visit the Museum for the price of one! This promotion includes the public and Historical Society Members. We hope to see everyone at the Museum soon!
Historical Society Meeting on March 21st at 7pm
Leigh Morris will present a program on the many facets of life in northern, central, and southern Indiana in the 1840's. At that time, more than 80% of the state's population lived in the southern half of the state, but that was beginning to change as migration to other parts of the state increased. The factors contributing to those migration patterns and the impact of them will provide insights into what pioneer life was like in that decade and beyond. It was an exciting time in Indiana! Spring Artisan Fair & Plow Day on April 16th at the La Porte County Historical Society Museum
The La Porte County Historical Society Museum will be hosting its annual Spring Artisan Fair on Sunday, April 16! From 10:00 to 3:00, over 25 artisans will be at the Museum selling their unique pieces. Admission to the Museum will be by donation that day. You don’t want to miss this fantastic assortment of goods made by local artisans!
