DESCRIPTION:Ten years ago in 2014\, we hosted our very first Play For Jake Golf Outing. You've helped us raise funds and awareness for over a decade\, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate with you this summer.\n\n\n\nYour participation has allowed us to save lives through AED donations\, provide youth heart screenings and community CPR courses\, and place Northwest Indiana's very first SaveStation.\n\n\n\nJake's outing will feature best ball format and shotgun start. Foursomes are available on a first-come\, first-serve basis and are $500. We are also bringing back the auction.\n\n\n\nBreakfast burritos\, donuts and coffee will be provided for morning golfers. Lunch will be provided for all golfers from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. with additional food on the turn for afternoon golfers.\n\n\n\nPlease register by June 3\, 2024.
