DESCRIPTION:Friday\, June 10\, 2016\n\nRegistration from 10:30-11:30am\, Lunch provided\n\nShot-gun start at 11:30a.m.\n\nDinner and awards immediately following golf\n\n \n\nBeechwood Golf Course\n\n2222 Woodlawn Drive\n\nLa Porte\, Indiana\n\n \n\nCost: $340 for a four-golfer team (* - $20 discount for teams that pay in full  before May 27th). Individuals may register for $85 per golfer. Guests may join us for lunch and/or dinner for $10. Registration includes 18 holes of golf (scramble format)\; gift\; contests on the course\, including Hole-In-One\; lunch and dinner\; and cold beverages before\, during and after golf.\n\nHole Sponsors: Sponsorships available to businesses and individuals for $85\n\nRain Policy: If the outing is cancelled by the golf course staff\, a voucher for a round of golf at Beechwood will be provided to each paid participant.\n\nPrizes: Awarded for first-\, second- and third-place teams as well as golf     contests.
