DESCRIPTION:The La Porte Economic Advancement Partnership will host Why La Porte | State of the City/State of the Schools at the La Porte Civic Auditorium\, located at 1001 Ridge Street in La Porte\, on November 18th.\n\n\n\nThe event will feature a speech by Mayor Tom Dermody and *new this year* La Porte Community School Corporation Superintendent\, Dr. Sandra Wood. Presentations will include accomplishments for this year as well as what is on the horizon for 2026. There will be time at the end for questions.
