Dr. Ogbeide brings an expert\, authentic perspective to how proper strategy and planning works and how to make it work for you. Tips he will share include:\n\n\n\nAppropriate costing of the meals you provide\n\nMaintaining optimum operational costs\n\nForecasting the number of potential guests appropriately\n\nDeveloping a customer experience philosophy\n\nKitchen management\n\n\n\nDr. Ogbeide graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with both is BS and MS degrees with an emphasis in Hotel and Restaurant Management\, and a Ph.D. with an emphasis in Hospitality Administration and Leadership Development. He also has an M.B.A. degree\, and is an expert in hospitality/customer experience with over 30 years of combined experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. A former restaurant franchise trainer from a family of restaurant owners. He is an active member of many professional organizations and an active board member of various non-for-profit organizations.
