A veteran entrepreneur\, he is the former owner of several Chicago iconic brands- the Jazz Oasis\, Red Onion Piano and Wine Bar\, and Bazzells French Quarter Bistro. Moultrie\, a former chef restaurateur and music entrepreneur\, is the recipient of numerous awards including the Small Business Association Young Entrepreneur of the Year\; Inc. Magazine's Entrepreneur of the Year\; Dollar & Sense magazine's International Jazz Club of the Year\; Chicago Tribune's Top African American Chef\, Owner of Chicago Magazine's Best Restaurants for Desserts and Chicago Tribune's Top 10 Best Undiscovered Restaurants. On Thursday\, December 15\, Burn 'Em Brewing will be on hand as part of a tap takeover.
