Our guest speaker will be Brenda Temple\, Vice President and General Manager of Blue Chip Casino\, Hotel and Spa.\n\n\n\nBrenda Temple\, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry\, serves as the Vice President and\n\nGeneral Manager of Blue Chip Casino Hotel Spa in Michigan City\, Indiana. With over two decades of\n\nexperience in casino management and business leadership\, Temple has successfully overseen\n\noperations\, built profitability and elevated guest experiences.\n\nTemple's career with Boyd Gaming spans nearly 20 years and began at Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling\n\nHall\, Tunica in 2008 where she held the position of Director of Finance for eight years. In 2013\, Temple\n\nleft Mississippi to serve as Director of Operations at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. In her\n\nrole\, Temple worked around the clock to familiarize herself with as many departments as possible\n\nbefore becoming Assistant General Manager of Cannery Casino Hotel in North Las Vegas in 2016. After\n\nfive years working in the city that never sleeps\, Temple moved to Indiana to assume her current role of\n\nVice President and General Manager of Blue Chip.\n\nOutside of work\, Temple has served on boards for the Rotary Club\, Washington Park Zoo and Michigan\n\nCity Enrichment Corporation which have helped her build a strong connection to the community.
