John has met with all major central banks globally and has experience investing across all major asset classes. In 2017\, he began to focus on opportunities within the real estate market in his hometown of Chicago\, setting a record in price for value add of a multiunit building on the North side\, and subsequently partnering with and analyzing deals with his family\, which is in development. John also has experience in horizontal development in NW Indiana with several subdivisions taken from raw land to finished lots. John has taken many projects through planning commissions and related authorities and worked alongside engineers\, homebuilders\, and land developers to optimize site design and project IRRs.
