This day of Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.\n\n\n\nAlthough Disney Institute is presenting this program\, the sponsors of this program\, the La Porte Economic Advancement Partnership and the La Porte Educational Development Foundation and not Disney Institute\, are responsible for marketing and promoting this program\, and for providing and arranging for the venue\, facilities\, and other items for this program. This includes any food and beverage offered at or in connection with this program.
