DESCRIPTION:"Drama Discipline and Documentation" is a five-session management training series focused on addressing non-productive behaviors in the workplace. Participants will understand what drama is and why it's happening and learn how to reframe complaints and negative opinions to improve performance and camaraderie.\n\nTwo series will be offered this fall:\n\nThe Breakfast series will be held every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m.   9:45 a.m. at Patrick's Grille in Michigan City beginning September 5\, 2018.\n\nThe Lunch Series will be held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m.   1:15 p.m. at The Blue Heron in LaPorte beginning September 4\, 2018.\n\nTuition is $500 per person for the series and includes individual coaching with Nora Akins\, breakfast or lunch and materials.
