Join the VNA Forever Society of VNA Hospice NWI for a free workshop to create a contingency notebook containing all of the information a loved one or personal representative needs to know should you become seriously incapacitated or even die. Materials will be provided. Seating is limited\, so register today! Masks will be required in the VNA building.
