DESCRIPTION:Have you ever went out into the garage\, your basement\, or any other storage areas around your home and looked at the number of items that you have managed to accumulate only to end up puzzled with what you should do with all that? Well luckily we have several Hazardous Waste Days coming up for you to part with at least some of that and free up some space at home. \n\nMany times it isn't that we don't want to get rid of items\, it's just that we want to do so in a responsible way. Coming up on May 20th from 9-2 at the La Porte County Fairgrounds. You can bring your tires\, appliances\, electronics\, shredding\, and household hazardous waste to be disposed of. That includes batteries\, fluorescent bulbs\, sharps\, and medication. If there are other items that you just aren't sure of what to do with call our office and we will help you find a solution for them as well.
