DESCRIPTION:First Trust Credit Union's Michigan City branch will be presenting a FREE Home Buying Seminar on Wednesday June 7\, 2017\, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The presenters will be Pete Rahm from Keller Williams Realty\, the World's Largest Franchise Broker/Investor in Michigan and Indiana\; Louis A. Pezzuto from La Porte County Appraisal Services\; and LaNell Payne\, Mortgage Consultant of First Trust Credit Union. This workshop is part of First Trust's efforts to educate our community on home buying. Some topics that will be covered are: getting pre-approved\, the bidding process of home buying\, what to expect from your appraisal\, and how First Trust Credit Union can help you with financing. "Homeownership produces economic\, social and civic benefits for our community\," says LaNell Payne\, Mortgage Consultant for First Trust Credit Union.
