DESCRIPTION:The Kiwanis Club of La Porte invites you to a pop-up picnic and youth bike skills course on May 6th from 11 a.m.to 1 p.m. at Allesee Park.\n\n \nYouth Bike Skills Course description\n \n\nThis FREE family-friendly event will get youth on their bicycles and learning smart cycling skills they can practice this summer and beyond! Families are strongly encouraged to ride to the event as parking is limited on site. Come ready to show off your skills and learn some new tips from instructor David LCI #5216 to keep your children safe riding their bikes. Youth completing this course will receive a free helmet (while supplies last!)\, a certificate of completion\, and other great giveaways! All youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18. Participant waivers will be available to sign on site by parent/guardian.
