DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore the importance of knowing the needs and wants of current and potential customers\, and why such knowledge is critical to the growth of any business.  We will explore the various approaches small businesses can use to tap into factors that generate customer loyalty.  Using real world examples\, you will learn how to keep a finger on the pulse of your customers which will lead to greater profits.\n\nOur presenter for this workshop is Bob Kaden\, the author of Guerilla Marketing Research.  The workshop will be held on September 27th  at 9am at the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce at 162 Lincolnway in Valparaiso.  There is no charge for this workshop and attendees will receive a copy of the slide presentation.  Coffee will be served.\n\nLimited seating is available and registrations are required.
