DESCRIPTION:Come visit the staff of La Porte County Public Library one last time at the Main Library at 904 Indiana Avenue in La Porte before it is closed for renovation. The event will take place on Thursday\, May 12 from 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Also stay for the 'Reverse Ribbon Cutting' ceremony at 5:30 p.m.\, where\, instead of cutting the ribbon so all can go in\, we will be tying the doors closed with ribbon while the renovation takes place. A Grand Re-Opening will take place in the Spring of 2017. Refreshments will be served.
