DESCRIPTION:La Porte Jaycees are hosting a Business after Hours on Thursday\, July 2 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to network and celebrate their annual Beer Barns.\n\n\n\nThe Business after Hours will be administered by the Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce\, at the La Porte County Fairgrounds\, 2581 West State Road 2\, La Porte. The official start of the Beer Barn event is at 6:00 p.m. and will last until 11:00 p.m. with Middle of the Road Band beginning to play around 6:30 p.m.\n\n\n\nThere is no cost for this event. Mix\, mingle\, munch and come see what the La Porte Jaycees have to offer! Appetizers and a cash bar will be available.\n\n\n\nLa Porte Jaycee projects focus on three major areas: Management Development (money-making projects and membership communication)\, Individual Development (leadership skills and social functions)\, and Community Development (youth\, senior citizens\, environment\, and recreation). The La Porte Jaycees will continue\, as they have in the past\, to be a premier organization in the area\, not only in the field of leadership training\, but in service to the community of La Porte.\n\n\n\nRegistration is encouraged and can be done by visiting http://business.lpchamber.com/events or by calling the Chamber office at (219) 362-3178.
