SUMMARY:Rock Concert by Eagles Tribute Band ‘Heartache Tonight’ to Benefit Shirley Heinze Land Trust
DESCRIPTION:An evening of rock music is slated for Saturday\, March 17th at the Memorial Opera House in Valparaiso. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Shirley Heinze Land Trust\, a local non-profit organization which works to protect and restore ecologically significant natural areas in northwestern Indiana.  \n\nHeartache Tonight is known for delivering an Eagles concert experience that includes everything from the notable guitar duel in "Hotel California" to the harmonies of "Peaceful Easy Feeling. All instruments and vocals are live\, with a set list that covers songs from all eras and incarnations of the Eagles\, including "Seven Bridges Road\," "Life In The Fast Lane" and "Take It Easy\," plus solo hits such as Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way" and Don Henley's "Dirty Laundry.\n\nThe six members of the band are veteran musicians who have shared stages with some of the outstanding names in rock\, including Jimmy Buffet\, Joe Cocker and the Doobie brothers\, and have played festivals and performing arts centers across the country including The Taste of Chicago\, Ravina Festival\, and Wrigley Field.\n\n"Tickets are $30 and may be purchased via the Memorial Opera House's website at https://tickets.mohlive.com/. Doors open at 7pm and the concert begins at 7:30pm. The Memorial Opera House is located at 104 Indiana Ave\, Valparaiso\, IN 46383.\n\n                 Since 1981\, Shirley Heinze Land Trust has protected\, restored and maintained northwestern Indiana's rich and significant natural communities\, including tallgrass prairie\, high dune\, oak savanna\, boreal flatwoods\, dune-and-swale\, woodlands\, marshes\, swamps\, ponds\, fens\, bogs\, and riparian habitat. More than 2\,400 acres in Lake\, Porter\, LaPorte\, and St. Joseph Counties have been preserved for the public's benefit. Shirley Heinze nature preserves feature significant scenic and ecological value\, and most are open to the public for hiking and enjoying nature. Five of its properties have been dedicated to the people of Indiana as state nature preserves. The organization also works to educate people of all ages to appreciate the importance of land conservation\, and to experience the natural wonders of this unique region.
