DESCRIPTION:The Silver Lake Duathlon is held annually at the Beautiful Silver Lake Farms in Rolling Prairie\, Indiana. Located 20 miles west of South Bend Indiana\, the race provides a unique blend of cross country running and a smoothly paved bike course throughout the surrounding country roads. This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon and is chip timed. A 5k run/walk is held simultaneously through scenic countryside and the option of chip timing is available. All proceeds go to La Lumiere School.
