2018 Play Day Golf Outing
The outing will begin with registration at 11:00 a.m. A shotgun start for golfers will begin at 12:00 p.m. Cost to participate is $545 for a team of 4 for members.
This event is sponsored by the La Porte County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Walsh & Kelly, Inc., Qubit Networks, NRP Jones, and NECA Northern Indiana Chapter. Corporate, Photo Booth, and Tee Sign sponsorship opportunities are still available.
The golf outing will include several contests that prove to be golfer favorites every year. These contests include: a Hole-in-One Contest sponsored by Sauers Buick-GMC, the Longest Drive Contest sponsored by Schmitt & Kaylor CPAs, the Fastest Hole Contest sponsored by the South Bend International Airport, and a Putting Contest sponsored by Lakeshore Promotions and Gifts.
Please let us know if you have any exceptions or special needs by 7/18/18. By attending this event, you are accepting to be photographed and have those materials utilized in future Chamber marketing materials. Tee Sign Sponsorship- $135
-Tee sponsorship includes signage and an announcement at dinner. Sponsorship is for the entire day. Sponsor may have attendee at the tee to promote business and distribute promotional items.
Photo Booth Sponsorship- $200
-Photo Booth sponsorship includes logo on the photo backdrop for team photos, company name mentioned in press release, spoken recognition at event, name on website event page. Three sponsorships are available at this level.
Corporate Sponsorship- $500
-Corporate sponsors will be announced at dinner and logos will be placed on the complimentary gift given to each player prior to tee-off. Business logo will also be included on email invites with link as well as on the website event page. Businesses may also bring a company banner (you provide; cannot be hung) to be displayed at event and will be recognized on social media and mentioned in press release. Spoken recognition will also be done at the event.
