3rd Annual Arts & Crafts Show

The Swanson Activity Center for Older Adults is holding its 3rd annual Arts & Crafts Show on Saturday, May 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 910 State St., LaPorte. Forty vendors from Indiana and Michigan will be on hand to showcase their unique, one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted items. Featured items will include original artwork; wood-crafted products; knitted and crotched items for babies, adults and animals; jewelry; garden ornamentations; photographs; rope baskets and trivets; glass block lights; clay pot items; floral arrangements; goose clothes; birdhouses; handmade dolls and animals; candles; and much more. A professional face painter will be on hand to delight the kids with her artistic face painting designs and, once again, this will be offered FREE. Food and other refreshments will be available for purchase all day. This promises to be fun for the whole family.
