Age of Excellence Nominations

ANNOUNCING . . . 2021 Age of Excellence Awards NOMINATIONS OPEN February 5, 2021! For 25 years, REAL Services has hosted our community Age of Excellence Awards luncheon event to celebrate unsung heroes, caregivers, in our Northern Indiana region. We are asking you to please submit nominations for one or more of our eight award categories. Nominations can be submitted online at: https://realservices.org/get-involved/excellence/, All nominations must be received by: Friday, March 5, 2021, 4:00pm (We are unable to accept nominations after this date and time). Winners are chosen with the assistance of representatives from six counties: Elkhart, Fulton, LaPorte, Kosciusko, Marshall and St. Joseph. Each person or agency nominated will receive a complimentary lunch reservation at the Age of Excellence Awards Luncheon event and a certificate acknowledging their valued contribution. What makes this awards event so special is that you nominate those you know who give selflessly to their loved one in our northern Indiana communities. Those who receive a nomination will be inspired and grateful for many years to come.
