Ivy Tech Open House- Truck Driving School

Interested in a truck driving career but don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered and we’ll put it on our bill!

Driveco and Ivy Tech in La Porte have partnered to provide a professional truck driving school! And Schneider will pay your tuition to attend the college...You’ll graduate in four weeks with a Commercial Drivers License (C.D.L). And you will have a guaranteed driving position with Schneider, once you’ve successfully graduated and received your C.D.L.

You can decide to do any of the following driving positions with Schneider:
1. OTR VAN (11 days out/home 3 days & other flexible scheduling, up to $68,000 annually)
2. DEDICATED DOLLAR TREE (weekly home-time, paid driver unloads, up to $80,200 annually)
3. REGIONAL INTERMODAL (350 mile radius of Chicago deliveries/pickups, 75% drop/hook, weekly home-time, up to $70,000 annually)
4. OTR TANKER (11 days out/home 3 days, you will learn all about tankers, up to $75,000 annually)

Eligible Applicants
Individuals looking to obtain a Class A CDL license.

Truck Driver Pay & Benefits
Upon graduation, full-time C.D.L. truck drivers are eligible for:
A truck driver position with Schneider

Truck Driver Qualifications
Be at least 21 years of age and live within Lake, Porter or La Porte counties in Indiana.
