13th Annual La Porte Kiwanis Club Golf Outing

Registration from 10:30-11:30am, Lunch provided
Shot-gun start at 11:30a.m.

Cost: $340 for a four-golfer team (* - $20 discount for teams that pay in full  before May 27th). Individuals may register for $85 per golfer. Guests may join us for lunch and/or dinner for $10. Registration includes 18 holes of golf (scramble format); gift; contests on the course, including Hole-In-One; lunch and dinner; and cold beverages before, during and after golf.
Hole Sponsors: Sponsorships available to businesses and individuals for $85
Rain Policy: If the outing is cancelled by the golf course staff, a voucher for a round of golf at Beechwood will be provided to each paid participant.
Prizes: Awarded for first-, second- and third-place teams as well as golf     contests. There will also be a 50/50 drawing and prize raffle.
