“Drama Discipline and Documentation” is a five-session management training series focused on addressing non-productive behaviors in the workplace. Participants will understand what drama is and why it’s happening and learn how to reframe complaints and negative opinions to improve performance and camaraderie.
Two series will be offered this fall:
The Breakfast series will be held every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. at Patrick’s Grille in Michigan City beginning September 5, 2018.
The Lunch Series will be held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. at The Blue Heron in LaPorte beginning September 4, 2018.
