Free Contingency Notebook Workshop

When tragedy strikes, it’s no time to go through drawers, filing cabinets, and shoeboxes looking for pertinent information on life insurance, how to feed the dog, or what hymns want at your funeral! Join the VNA Forever Society of VNA Hospice NWI for a free workshop to create a contingency notebook containing all of the information a loved one or personal representative needs to know should you become seriously incapacitated or even die. Materials will be provided. Seating is limited, so register today! Masks will be required in the VNA building. A Zoom option will be included for those who wish to attend virtually.
