The event is hosted by Women in Leadership LaPorte and moderated by Nancy Robinson (VP Sales Leader in a global Direct Sales company). The panel of subject matter experts features:
- Doug Bobillo- Arbitrator/Mediator/ADR and Owner of Woodland Labor Relations Consulting, Inc. Doug has over 35 years of collective bargaining experience, most of that with NIPSCO/Nisource.
- Shannon Hannon- Director of Practice Management at IU Health LaPorte Hospital. Shannon negotiates contracts with all new providers entering the employed network as well as renegotiates contracts for existing providers (ie Physicians, Nurses, NP, PA, etc).
- Rene Ray- Owner and CEO of R Squared Strategies. Rene has negotiated all sizes of vendor contracts and now teaches "Negotiating" as part of her sales training.
