CLH Kicks Off 2026 with First Quarter R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award Honorees

Michigan City, IN – 4/2/2026 – CLH, CPAs & Consultants is pleased to recognize the first three recipients of its 2026 R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award, continuing the firm’s tradition of celebrating employees who bring CLH’s core values to life.

The R.I.K.I. Spotlight program highlights team members who demonstrate excellence in Relationships, Integrity, Knowledge, and Innovation. These are the guiding principles that shape CLH’s internal culture and client service approach. Each month, employees nominate a colleague whose actions reflect these values.

The first quarter 2026 R.I.K.I. Spotlight Award recipients are:

January: Emily Abuatieh, Communications Manager

Emily is recognized for her outstanding ability to foster relationships and share her expertise, notably with the successful management of the INCPAS Instagram Account Takeover event.

February: Seth Bedwell, Senior Accountant

Seth’s commitment to innovation earned him the R.I.K.I. recognition, particularly for his role in helping to implement new tools within the firm’s Audit and Assurance Department.

March: Jessica Mitchell, Associate

Jessica received a R.I.K.I. Award for her exceptional client service. She is recognized for her detail-oriented work during payroll season and her strengths as a clear communicator and patient mentor.
