Regional Development Company Names Niccole Zell as Chief Lending Officer
VALPARAISO, Ind. – The Regional Development Company has promoted Niccole Zell to chief lending officer. Zell has been with the organization for 20 years, serving in a variety of roles including underwriting, closing, and servicing. Most recently, she held the position of vice president of lending.
“The RDC would not be where it is today without Niccole,” said Matthew Saltanovitz, RDC executive committee member and past board chair. “Small-business lending is about making the numbers work, of course, but it all starts with the people involved — and I can think of no one better suited to help small businesses than Niccole.”
As CLO, Zell will manage daily operations and lead the RDC’s SBA 504 lending efforts. She will oversee the lending team, internal processes, and partner relationships to help support small business expansion.
“We’re proud to recognize Niccole’s leadership and dedication,” said Erica Dombey, president of the Regional Development Company. “She brings deep expertise and unwavering commitment to our mission. With Niccole as CLO, we’re positioned to strengthen our impact, expand access to capital, and help more small businesses grow and succeed.”
