HFL Announces 2025 Grants Awarded to Date
This year, Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) accepted grant applications addressing strategic priorities (Healthy Children, Healthy Living, and Healthy Minds) and Healthy La Porte requests on a rolling basis from January through June. As of June 2025, HFL has awarded 30 grants totaling $1,914,780, which brings HFL’s total amount invested in the community since 2017 to more than $49M. Lubeznik Center for the Arts Awarded $50,000 in Grants to Enhance Community through Public Art
MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. – Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) has received a grant for $25,000 from the Health Foundation of La Porte to enhance the La Porte, Ind. community through public art. The La Porte Urban Enterprise Association will match the $25,000, one to one, in order for LCA to facilitate two murals this summer.
