HFL Announces 2025 Grants Awarded to Date
This year, Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) accepted grant applications addressing strategic priorities (Healthy Children, Healthy Living, and Healthy Minds) and Healthy La Porte requests on a rolling basis from January through June.
As of June 2025, HFL has awarded 30 grants totaling $1,914,780, which brings HFL’s total amount invested in the community since 2017 to more than $49M.
HFL will announce the second round of 2025 grantees in late September.
